* Set up utilities in your name (Cable, Telephone & Electric)
* Call Darlene to set up your 48 hour Final inspection
* Attend final inspection
* Check with the Attorney for final settlement charges
* Go to your Bank and secure a certified check ( if needed)
* Attend Settlement with Darlene Woodside
